Thrift Store Return Policy - All Sales Final
At Plum Epic, we strive to provide our customers with quality merchandise at affordable prices. We understand that occasionally you may have concerns or questions regarding your purchase. However, due to the unique nature of thrift store merchandise and our commitment to keeping prices low, we have implemented an "All Sales Final" policy. Please read this return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Condition of Merchandise:
All items sold at Plum Epic are donated or consigned, and we make every effort to accurately describe and represent the condition of each item. However, given the pre-owned nature of our merchandise, we cannot guarantee the condition or functionality of any item. We encourage you to carefully inspect the item before making a purchase.
2. No Returns or Exchanges:
Once a purchase is made, it is considered final, and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. We ask that you make your purchasing decisions carefully, keeping in mind the non-returnable nature of our items.
3. Exceptions:
There are a few limited circumstances where we may consider a return or exchange, but these situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and any decision is at the sole discretion of Plum Epic. Exceptions may include:
a. Items significantly misrepresented or inaccurately described.
b. Items damaged during transit and reported immediately upon receipt.
c. Items with a manufacturer's warranty still valid, subject to the warranty terms and conditions.
4. Store Credit:
In some cases where a return or exchange is granted, Plum Epic may offer store credit rather than a refund. Store credit can be used towards future purchases at our store and is subject to its own terms and conditions.
5. Donation Receipts:
For tax purposes, we provide donation receipts for items purchased from our thrift store. However, the value listed on the receipt is the purchase amount and does not imply a refund or exchange value.
6. Customer Responsibility:
We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect items before purchasing to ensure they meet their expectations. It is the customer's responsibility to assess the condition, size, functionality, and suitability of the item for their needs.

By making a purchase at Plum Epic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of our "All Sales Final" return policy.
Purchases of candles, wax bars and select non-personalized gifts:
If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have a two-week window from the date you received your item to initiate a return or exchange. To begin the process, kindly reach out to us at info@plumepic.com.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please don't hesitate to contact us again at info@plumepic.com.
Please carefully examine your order upon delivery and promptly notify us if you encounter any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item. This will enable us to address the issue and rectify it appropriately.
In the event that your order arrives in a damaged condition, kindly reach out to us via email within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please include photographs depicting the damage and provide a detailed description as well. We request that you report any damage within 48 hours and before using the product for the first time.
For all returns, refunds, or exchanges, please ensure that you possess the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions:
Regrettably, returns cannot be accepted for sale items or gift cards.
Please be aware that candles, wax melts, and similar products may soften or melt when shipped in warm temperatures. We cannot be held responsible for products that melt due to prolonged exposure to high temperatures. To ensure the safety of your order, we strongly recommend arranging delivery to an air-conditioned location, such as a business or home, where someone can receive the package. Please note that if packages are left outside in hot temperatures, candles and related items may potentially melt, and we cannot be held liable for any resulting damage.
Additionally, please note that we are unable to cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, clearance items, limited collections/releases, and gift cards are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
